Conclave of RSETI Directors of Jammu and Kashmir Bank - A Brief Report

A 2 day Conclave of JKBRSETI Directors of RSETIs sponsored by Jammu & Kashmir Bank was held on 15Th & 16th of July, 2013 at J&K Bank Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar. The Conclave was inaugurated by Mr Mushtaq Ahmad, CEO and Chairman of Jammu & Kashmir Bank, Mr Farooq Ahmad Peer, Commissioner Secretary, Rural Development Department, J&K Govt, Smt Renuka Kumar, Dy Secretary, MoRD and Mr K N Janardhana, Chief Project Coordinator, Monitoring Cell RSETIs. In his inaugural address Mr Mushtaq Ahmed, CEO and Chairman of J&K Bank assured the Directors that Bank is ready to provide all the requisite support in making JKB RSETIs a Model RSETI in the Country.

On the 2nd day, apart from review of performance of individual RSETIs, Sri. H. Somashekar, Director General, NAR handled a session on "Motivation" - the factor which influences the functioning of RSETIs. Twelve Directors from Jammu & Kashmir Bank RSETIs participated in the Conclave.
