Organizing 2-day Orientation Programme for the newly recruited faculty members of various RSETIs

During the one-day Workshop on SHG Bank Linkage organized by MoRD at NIRD, Hyderabad on 20.4.2013 it was suggested among others that a two-day Orientation Programme for the newly recruited faculty members of various RSETIs at State level may be held at the respective RUDSETI centre of the State.

Although the Faculty Members will be deputed for a 14-day Trainers' Training Programme at NAR, Bangalore, it was felt essential that the Faculty members who have been newly recruited by various sponsor Banks at different RSETIs are given the requisite exposure on the concept and the activities of RSETI, till such time they are given full-fledged training at NAR as training all the newly recruited faculty by NAR will take longer duration considering that only 30-40 Faculties can be trained in each batch. The two day Orientation Programme will also help them to appreciate the RSETI concept immediately after joining an RSETI as the faculties will not have any exposure towards RSETI concept.

In view of the above, Monitoring Cell for RSETIs advised all the SPCs to immediately organize a 2-day Orientation Programme for the newly recruited Faculty Members of the RSETIs in their command area at the respective RUDSETI centre in the State. Accordingly, the following programmes were organized, the details of which are as follows:
