Conclave of RSETI Directors of Punjab National Bank
A 2-day Conclave of RSETI Directors of Punjab National Bank was held on 6th and 7th November 2012 at the Bank's Staff Central College, New Delhi. The programme was inaugurated by Sri S R Bansal, Executive Director of Punjab National Bank. Sri I S Phogat, General Manager and Sri K N Janardhana, Chief Project Co-ordinator, Monitoring Cell for RSETIs and other officials from the Bank participated in the inaugural session. In his inaugural address, Sri S R Bansal, Executive Director assured that his bank would treat the posting of Directors of RSETI as branch posting for calculation of branch experience in promotions and also extended the cash incentive Scheme to RSETI Directors similar to Branch Managers. Sri Bansal also assured that he would do everything possible to ensure that all the RSETIs of Punjab National Bank perform at an optimum level.
On the second day, Smt Renuka Kumar, Dy Secretary, MoRD, Government of New Delhi explained in detail the expectations from MoRD in RSETI movement and requested the Bank management to address the gaps identified in the Conclave. The valedictory function was presided over by Sri D K Paliwal, Asst. General Manager wherein Sri K N Janardhana, Chief Project Co-ordinator and other executives from the Bank were present. Forty one Directors from Punjab National Bank RSETIs participated in the Conclave.
