Distinguished Alumnus Award conferred on Sri K N Janardhana

Alumni Association of University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Bengaluru recognized the contributions of Sri K N Janardhana by awarding him “Dr R Dwarkinath Best Extension worker Award” on 12th December 2015 in an impressive function organized at UAS Alumni Association Silver Jubilee Hall, Hebbal, Bengaluru.

The award was conferred by Dr M Mahadevappa, Padma Bhushan Awardee and Former Chairman, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, New Delhi and two-time Vice Chancellor of University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. Dr K Narayana Gowda, President, UAS (B), Alumni Association and Former Vice-Chancellor, UAS, Bengaluru, Dr G K Veeresh, Former Vice-Chancellor, UAS, Bengaluru, Dr Mumtaz Ali Khan, Former Minister, Govt. of Karnataka and Professor of Sociology were present on the occasion. The programme was also attended by agricultural scientists, professors and scores of well-wishers of Sri K N Janardhana. Sri K N Janardhana dedicates this award to all the RSETIans.
